The doors are accessed by your security key fob and all residents have access. The room has a sensor light but you do need to walk in a step or two before it can detect you. This is a trial provided to Willsmere at no cost in collaboration with Storehouse Charity.  The charity raises money for at-risk homeless young people among other good deeds, and it should help reduce the amount of rubbish going to land fill from Willsmere.
