Update- We have implemented a new Intercom system as the old was going to stop working with the shut off of the 3G network.
The new system will allow video calls and operate via an app which will also give access to set PINs and open gates remotely. We are still working on instructions and fine tuning the new system. In the interim, without the app installed it will just call you like the old one did.
The Willsmere intercom allows visitors to be connected to your home or mobile telephone. The intercom locations (see the map on the Visitors page for locations), and the numbers that will appear on residents' mobiles when visitors call, are:
To allow access to the caller, please answer your phone as you would a normal phone call and then dial #. Some further information is provided here. (Tip: Save these numbers as contacts named "Gate 1", etc.)
FOR VISITORS: To call an apartment, press # then the apartment you are trying to contact followed by # (e.g. #012#). Please WAIT for the verbal prompt to complete before each step.
