Function Room

The Willsmere function Room is a great place to have a gathering of friends for an event. The room has a small surrounding garden with a BBQ. Inside is a small kitchenette, large fridge, microwave, some tables and chairs, a radio/CD player, and a vacuum. 

The function room requires booking and a deposit to be paid prior to your event. Please use MyBos Resident App (via your smartphone or tablet) or MyBos website to book the function room.  There is a link to book the room at the bottom of this page (via MyBos website). 

The usual rules of consideration apply, such as:

• Please be mindful of residents in surrounding apartments and keep noise or music within reasonable levels. Please lower any volume if requested.
• Please ensure you clean up.  Avoid using "sticky tape" which can strip paint - use masking tape if necessary.
• Please make sure any guests do not cause disturbance in the grounds.
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building or within five (5) metres of the front entry.

Please note that a bond fee of $200 applies to all bookings. This bond will be invoiced to you for payment and upon booking confirmation you will receive a bond return form to complete. Your bond will be returned within 10 working days of the completion of your event provided the room is left in a clean condition.
