Owner's Corporation Manager report

At the recent OC meeting, Krissy, the MCIM Owner's Corporation Manager gave her report.
It's an interesting read that we thought would be useful to share.  If you don't already know, Krissy does a walkaround of the property once a week.
She looks for anything that is out of place or needs repairs and generally anything that requires attention.  This is alongside the general day to day running of Willsmere.

This report documents the things Krissy has noticed on her walkaround and has brought to the attention of the CoM (Committee of Management - comprised of volunteer owners at Willsmere).  For items under $1000 Krissy is able to have these fixed without CoM approval.
