The COM has approved the purchase and implementation of MyBos.
MyBos will enable every resident in Willsmere to be able to log maintenance issue through a preloaded app or via the website. MyBos will also enable residents to receive timely text messages to provide urgent or emergency information.
Additionally, MyBos will enable Willsmere to develop an asset register, which is sorely needed.
More information on our implementation plan will be provided in the next few weeks.
We have approved a quote by Cheap and Neat (based on our specification) to conduct tree removal and pruning across the property.
There are a few old, troublesome and dangerous trees that require removal as well as a substantial amount of pruning work required.
This tree has been pruned to comply with council permit requirements. Council will not allow us to remove the tree or prune it any further.
The gas furnace has been installed and we are waiting on Origin Energy to install a meter and for the heater to be commissioned. This gas heater will provide a more comfortable bathing experience and enable us to end the pool season at least a few weeks on both sides of summer.
We will work to reinstall the solar system so the gas heater is only used to bring the pool temperature up to a comfortable level in the absence of solar energy.

We have approved a quote to demolish and replace all of our internal bin corrals, as well as the clothesline fencing near gate 4, with new long life colorbond structures.
This work will be completed over the next two months.
We will replace the 2 faulty barbeques – one in the London Courtyard and the other near the Function Room – in the next month.
The COM is going to consider whether and how to deal with the increasing number of caravans and trailers parked long term in the visitors car park.
