Thanks for contacting us.
We total understand that this is a matter of urgency as all residents are affected by the faulty master door station.
As explained this morning, to replace part of a faulty intercom system does not like changing a light global or switches that we can walk into any stores and get the parts. We need to source it from the same manufacturer, preferably the exact same model in order for the whole system to function properly.
However, the intercom system at Willsmere is quite old (at least 20 years) and it will not be easy to find and many suppliers don’t stock them anymore. I contacted suppliers here in Victoria and been advised they don’t have any stocks and I have also contacted suppliers from other States who might still have the stock.
Once we’ve heard back from them we will give you an update straight away.
Once again, we understand and have put this case on our absolute priority list and we are doing everything we can to resolve this as soon as possible, but we also hope you understand that sometime things can be out of our hand, such as enquiring and waiting response from suppliers and the lead time of equipment.
