Pool Update

We are in the process of renegotiating our pool servicing contract to ensure a more frequent and comprehensive coverage over the summer period. During summer we need weekly servicing to ensure the filter system is operating properly and the chemical balance is monitored and addressed more regularly. A more sophisticated pool testing kit has been purchased, which will assist Petar with measuring water quality on a daily basis.

Glass in the Pool Area

Please do not take any glass in to the pool area. If a glass breaks we will have to drain the pool to ensure there is no broken glass in it. Plastic is fine, but not glass.

We have contracted Sharper Cleaning Services to perform our cleaning at Willsmere, following the recent resignation of Keyts. Sharper will offer a limited service (3 hours per day) until they come on full time from February 10.

Budget and OC Fee Announcement 2022

The COM have finalised and approved the budget for 2022. We are pleased to announce a 2% reduction in OC fees for this calendar year. This have ome about, primary, due to a significant reduction in our annual insurance premium. Fortunately, our claims history has improved. We have also addressed and remedied all of the previous insurance companies (Chubb) risk management concerns.
