Pool Update

We are in the process of renegotiating our pool servicing contract to ensure a more frequent and comprehensive coverage over the summer period. During summer we need weekly servicing to ensure the filter system is operating properly and the chemical balance is monitored and addressed more regularly. A more sophisticated pool testing kit has been purchased, which will assist Petar with measuring water quality on a daily basis.

Glass in the Pool Area

Please do not take any glass in to the pool area. If a glass breaks we will have to drain the pool to ensure there is no broken glass in it. Plastic is fine, but not glass.

Budget and OC Fee Announcement 2022

This have ome about, primary, due to a significant reduction in our annual insurance premium. Fortunately, our claims history has improved.
