Reporting “Non Urgent” Maintenance Issues

To log an issue, go to the Willsmere home page, scroll down and click on “Report a Maintenance Issue”. Or find the same link under the "Residents" sub-menu.

The form goes to our facility manager who logs and and prioritises each request, and provide feedback and updates to the residents who made the request. We plan to provide a summary of outstanding jobs in the monthly Facility Manager's report.

Reporting an Urgent Maintenance item.

Please ring Petar (our Building Manager) 24/7 on ph: 0466 554 534 to report urgent maintenance problems. If Petar is unable to answer, leave a message including your name, phone number and brief description of the issue and Petar will call you back straight away if the matter requires immediate attention.

 In an emergency(fire, ambulance and police)- call 000 and follow the instructions on our Emgency page.
