Reporting “Non Urgent” Maintenance Issues

Petar has developed a new system to report and manage non urgent maintenance issues.

To log an issue, go to the Willsmere website, scroll down (on the home page) to “Report a Maintenance Issue”. Double click on this and complete the “Maintenance Request” form.

Petar will receive the form, list it and prioritise each request in terms of urgency and action required.   Petar will make sure he uses the list to provide feedback and updates to the residents who made the request.  We plan to provide a summary of outstanding jobs in the monthly Facility Manager's report.


Reporting an Urgent Maintenance item

This process remains unchanged.
Please ring Petar (our Building Manager) 24/7 on ph: 0466 554 534 to report urgent maintenance problems.

If Petar is unable to answer,  leave a message including your name, phone number and brief description of the issue and Petar will call you back straight away of the matter requires immediate attention.
