Please do not access the roof space in the heritage buildings. We are aware that some residents have done so and believe it is within their rights. Although the roof space is common property, it is hazardous (low clearance, trip hazard, and possible carbon monoxide exposure) and is thus registered as a restricted area. If you need access to the roof space for any reason, please contact the Building Manager (Petar). Service providers cannot access the area without a CO Monitor and without making prior arrangements with Petar.
