The COM has requested the Building Manager (Petar) to enforce the Willsmere rules and to follow through and breach residents who fail to comply. When possible, Petar will personally meet and discuss breaches with residents - face to face. Residents will be given an opportunity to comply, without notice, in the first instance. Failing that a formal breach warning will be issued and the breach protocol will be followed through.

If Petar comes knocking at your door, please provide him with your utmost respect. He is doing his job at the request of the COM.

The COM has received specific complaints recently related to:

  • Gym being used during covid closure
  • Dogs off leash
  • Building material left on Heritage verandahs for an extended period
  • Clothes regularly being hung out on Heritage verandahs
  • Cluttered and untidy Heritage verandahs
  • Cars and trailers parked in lot owner's car parks or visitors car parks
  • Untidy and unkept Townhouse yards
