Facility Manager and Covid update

Please be advised that Jay is off work sick today. 
Under normal circumstances, Jay's employer would send a replacement while he is sick, but due to stage four lockdown it is wisest to not have someone else in. 
Jay is still monitoring his emails and Lanka is available to let anyone in for emergency access.  We remind any resident that needs emergency repairs that our regular contractors (Bone elctrical, Simon Mills plumbing, etc) have access to the after hours key boxes around Willsmere. These contractors details are available on the emergency contacts section of this website.

Obviously Jay will be getting tested for Covid-19 and should he get a positive result we will inform residents.  Should it also look like Jay will be away for more than a couple of days we will then consider getting a temporary replacement.  -UPDATE - Jay was negative for Covid and is back at work.

There has been a lot of discussion around the community about the finer points of what stage four lockdown means in Willsmere.  The Willsmere OC has not been able to issue any blanket rules concerning items such as mask wearing on property or being in the grounds after curfew as there are simply none availble from the government at this stage.
As such, we simply ask residents to show common sense and consideration for their neighbours.  Clearly, this common sense and consideration means you should wear a mask any time you are on the grounds.  We can't charge you if you don't, but you are putting lives at risk by not doing so.  the same applies for the other rules.
