Intercom System

The Willsmere intercom allows visitors to be connected to your home or mobile telephone. The intercom locations (see the map on the Visitors page for locations), and the numbers that will appear on residents' mobiles when visitors call, are:

  1. Main entrance, 0444 597 378
  2. Gate 1 pedestrian access, 0444 597 382
  3. Gate 6 pedestrian access, 0444 597 366

To allow access to the caller, please answer your phone as you would a normal phone call and then dial #. Some further information is provided here. (Tip: Save these numbers as contacts named "Gate 1", etc.)

FOR VISITORS: To call an apartment, press # then the apartment you are trying to contact followed by # (e.g. #012#).  Please WAIT for the verbal prompt to complete before each step.

To keep the system up to date and ensure you are able to let your guests in, please use the form below to submit any changes, especially if you are moving out of Willsmere.

Please enter your details here. You must enter at least one telephone number (mobile or landline) for the system to call when you have a visitor. The second and third numbers are optional and are numbers the intercom can try if the first number doesn't answer.

Please make sure you discuss these details with everyone in your household as they affect everyone. Any subsequent changes may be subject to a nominal charge.
