Intercom System

The Willsmere intercom is a modern system that allows visitors to be connected to your home or mobile telephone. There are three units located at (1) the main entrance, (2) Gate 1 pedestrian access, and (3) Gate 6 pedestrian access. See the map on the Visitors page for locations.

To call an apartment, press # on the intercom keypad, then the apartment you are trying to contact followed by # (e.g. #123#) - please wait for the verbal prompt to complete before each step. To allow access to the caller, please answer your phone as you would a normal phone call and then dial #. Some further information is provided here.

To keep the system up to date and ensure you are able to let your guests in, you need to let us know of any changes. Please use the form below to submit any changes, especially if you are moving out of Willsmere.

Intercom Update Request

Please enter your details here. You must enter at least one telephone number (mobile or landline) for the system to call when you have a visitor. The second and third numbers are optional and are numbers the intercom can try if the first number doesn't answer.

Please make sure you discuss these details with everyone in your household as they affect everyone. Any subsequent changes may be subject to a nominal charge.
